Justice-Involved Young Adults Mediation

Justice-Involved Young Adults Mediation helps young people who have had interactions with the juvenile justice system get their lives back on track through conflict resolution and mediation. We provide alternative dispute resolution services for teens and young adults ages 12 to 25 who have been charged with misdemeanors, non-violent felonies, or status offenses.

Our trained mediators help facilitate constructive conversations between the youth, victims, families, schools, and communities to repair harm, reduce recidivism, and promote personal growth. Using a restorative justice approach, we aim to empower youth through open communication, accountability, and compromise.

By addressing the root causes of behavioral issues through mediation instead of traditional punishment, we are able to achieve far better long-term outcomes. We give young people a second chance to become responsible, contributing members of society.
